Store Terms
Product Shipping
We will endeavour to dispatch the products to you as soon as possible after you place your order (normally within 7 days if in stock).
We ship 2nd class (UK) and non-tracked, normal international (rest of the world). Pricing varies depending on our despatch partner’s current best rates. Shipping rates will be calculated automatically based on your shipping address. If you require tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Payments
All prices are GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate when VAT is applicable. Local import duties may be payable on orders from overseas.
All payments made through our website are encrypted using SSL and PayPal or Stripe secure technology and your credit card details are not retained by us or visible to us.
Subscription payments are taken through third-party providers Subsail/Stripe and will auto-renew, provided that you have not cancelled your renewal. Your payment provider will send you a reminder a few days before renewal. Cancellations do not impact your current subscription period but will cancel the automatic renewal for the next period.
If you require a mid-period cancellation for your current subscription, please email us your justification and we may agree to a cancellation, at our discretion, if the grounds are reasonable.
Returns Policy
We accept returns of undamaged items for exchange or refunding up to 2 weeks after receipt. Before returning an item, please contact us. In the case of any errors or omissions on the website, we reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
Service Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Prize Draw Terms
From time to time Ultra Evolution Ltd (“Promoter”) may offer a prize (“Prize”) via prize draw competition as an incentive for certain subscribers and other customers who buy its products and services. The timing and prizes are described as part of the advertised offer (“Offer”) delivered via Ultra Evolution Ltd’s website, email and/or social media accounts.
To enter any of the Promoter’s prize draws you must be at least 18 years of age, resident in the United Kingdom, and purchase the relevant product or service as described by the Offer, within the time parameters (eg “During the month of March 2021”). Once your qualifying order is complete, you will automatically receive an entry to the prize draw. Only one entry is allowed per person.
Alternate Method of Entry. On either a postcard or letter, print your full name, address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), phone number, email address and which prize draw you want to enter. For example, ‘ULTRA magazine March 2021 Mountain Fuel Draw’. Post the completed entry to: Ultra Evolution Ltd, 27 New Haw Road, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2BZ. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard. Each entry made via the Alternate Method of Entry will automatically qualify for the relevant prize draw as long as it is received prior to the closing date of that prize draw. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. Illegible entries are void. Ultra Evolution Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable entry period. You can enter by the Alternative Method of Entry as many times as you wish.
Employees, officers, and directors of Ultra Evolution Ltd or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfilment, and marketing agencies, and website providers and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Promotion Rules, the Terms and to the Promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion except as set out on these Promotion Rules and the Terms.
The drawing date for the relevant prize draw promotion will take place within one calendar week of the end of the prize draw period as described in the Offer. On or about the drawing date, Ultra Evolution Ltd will select the winner(s) by randomly drawing by either independent adjudicator or automated computer program from all eligible entries received by the applicable drawing date from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by email or phone on or about the closing date specified by the offer. Winners will be announced via email and/or social media within 14 days of the specified draw date.
No person can be a winner (“Winner”) of a Promotion, and no person may receive any Prize, until they have satisfied all requirements of the Promotion Rules, been verified by the Promoter or its representative and been notified of such completed verification.
All Winners are entitled, at their discretion, to decline to accept a Prize at any time up to the date on which they are announced as the Winner.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winner within 5 working days, or if the Winner declines the Prize or is disqualified for any reason, the Promoter will award the applicable Prize to an alternate winner selected by randomly drawing from all remaining eligible entries. This process will repeat until the Prize is awarded.
In any disputed case the decision of the Promoter is final and binding.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. In this situation a notice of withdrawal will be placed on social media.
Other important information about Prize(s).
Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms or the Promotion Rules, any and all applicable taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of a Prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of Winner(s). The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen Prizes or components of a Prize(s). Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. We cannot provide Winners with a cash equivalent refund or any other form of alternative Gift. Offers and promotions are available for U.K subscribers only.
Prize manufacturers. Promotions may be sponsored, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with the manufacturer of the Prize(s) being awarded. Prize names and logos are the trademarks and property of the manufacturer of the Prize(s). We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of the Gift are an exact reproduction of the appearance and/or colours of the Gift advertised and we reserve the right to substitute with another similar product.
